soured

Absolut Elyx Soured

  • 2 PARTS ABSOLUT ELYX
  • 1⁄2 PART FINO DRY SHERRY
  • 1⁄2 PART FRESHLY SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE
  • 1⁄2 PART SUGAR SYRUP
  • EGG WHITE
  • GARNISH: LONG LEMON TWIST
  • GLASS: COCKTAIL
Measure ABSOLUT ELYX, fino sherry, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a mixing tin. First gently dry shake (no ice), then fill three quarters full with ice and shake. Double strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a long lemon twist and serve.
